Engineering and geodetic surveyis the initial stage of facilities and landscape design. The purpose of the engineering and geodetic survey is to collect information about the terrain and the situation on the ground, with paper and electronic media documentation. The objectives of the geodetic survey include the creation of horizontal and vertical geodetic imaging, topographic surveying, surveying of underground utilities, identification of the site boundaries, showing structures and buildings, along with the preparation of a profile of the highways and railroads crossing the site, including new roads. All measurements made in the field are plotted at a scale of 1:200 - 1:1,000.
An Engineering and Geodetic Survey (SN RK 1.02-02-2008)includes:
Collection and processing of previous engineering survey materials, topographic surveys, mapping, aerial photography and other materials and data;
Reconnaissance survey of the territory;
Creation of geodetic control networks, including a specialized geodetic network for construction;
Establishment of horizontal and vertical geodetic survey networks;
Topographic (ground, aerial, stereo photogrammetric, etc.) shooting in M 1:10,000-1:200, including a survey of underground and surface structures;
Updating of maps (topographic) and cadastral plans in M 1:10,000-1:200 in graphic, digital, photographic, or other forms;
Engineering and hydrographic works;
Surveying work associated with the transfer and pegging of mining developments, geophysical and other points of engineering research;
Geodetic stationary monitoring of the deformation of the foundations of the buildings and structures, the land surface and rocks in the areas of development, the hazardous natural and man-triggered processes;
Engineering and geodetic support of the geo information systems (GIS) of the settlements and government cadastres (urban, etc.);
Creating (drawing) and publishing (reproduction) the engineering and topographic maps, cadastral and thematic maps and plans, specialized atlases (in the graphics, digital and other forms);
